Betwithjoel.com is not a bookmaking and/or wagering site, no bets are taken/received.

Betwithjoel.com provides only a tipping service and does not give financial advice.

By joining Betwithjoel.com and becoming a subscriber to Joel’s tips, members acknowledge and agree that they will only place bets with licensed betting service providers.
- 4.
Members confirm that they are over the age of 18 and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions under all circumstances.

By becoming a subscriber to Joel’s tips, members acknowledge and agree that the tips that they receive are CONFIDENTIAL and proprietary in nature. Therefore should not under any circumstances be forwarded to other persons or otherwise communicated to any person without the prior written consent from Betwithjoel.com.

Whilst Joel believes in the way he bets and he has had personal success, there is no guarantee. One month of positive returns does not in any way guarantee future profits. Members must be aware that betting is a form of gambling, which is risky. Members can lose their entire bet/stake amount. Joel is not responsible for members’ losses nor does he profit from their winnings. There are no refunds on gambling monies lost.

Joel is an advocate of responsible gambling. Joel asks members to be in control of their gambling at all times and not allow gambling to control them. Please ensure that when implementing Joel’s tips that members do so in a controlled manner that is suitable to their own circumstances, with the key principle: to only gamble what they can afford to lose.

From time to time betwithjoel.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of its subscription service. By continuing to subscribe after such amendments have been made members agree to be bound by the terms as amended. If at any time members do not agree to these terms they should cease their subscription.

By subscribing to this tipping service members also consent to receiving information and links to third party websites. This applies to all Australian residents (excluding NSW and SA residents).
- 10.
Packages are all cancel anytime and can be cancelled within the account section of the user on the Bet With Joel website. Customers are responsible for the management of their subscription, Bet With Joel doesn’t offer refunds based on the customer changing their mind, or not cancelling their subscription before the renewal date. When a member is subscribed to the service, payments missed are then owed on the member’s account. It is required all payments owed are paid before the member can begin receiving tips again.

Gold and Black Package (Refund Guarantee**) subscribers will be refunded a month’s subscription cost if there is a negative return in respect of their first calendar month of being a member. For sake of clarity, this only applies to the first full calendar month that someone is a subscriber and to be eligible to receive a subscription fee refund you have to be a paying member for the full calendar month. In such event, funds will be refunded into all eligible Gold/Black members’ accounts.

Negative return in respect of a calendar month will be determined by the aggregate of the stake of bets won multiplied by the best price offered by Australian wagering operators minus the stake of all bets during that calendar month. All refunds will be processed at calendar month end.

All season memberships that hold a Positive Return or Profit Guarantee where stated relate back to an overall unit return being positive for the entirety of that season. This is calculated by (total units returned – total units staked) as advised by the service. The service takes no responsibility of the client missing picks or taking bets outside of the recommended picks exactly how they are advised. This relates to stake, odds taken or any other adjustment to how the pick was specifically sent to the package. For sake of clarity, if the season membership returned a total of +1 unit or more, there would be no refund of subscription cost. If the season members returned a total of -1 unit or more, the refund would be credited to the client as advised in the specific terms of that membership.

Betwithjoel.com accepts payments in AUD$. If you are paying for subscriptions in a currency other than AUD$, members must ensure that the amount is sufficient following conversion into AUD$ by the receiving bank. Any applicable refunds will be paid in AUD$. We accept no foreign exchange risk.

Members with any outstanding/overdue subscription payment will not be entitled to receive a refund for any of their payments over that calendar month.
- 16.
Money Back Guarantees are not applicable for signups through the Bet With Joel iOS Application. Only through the Bet With Joel website.
Bet With Joel App: End-User Licence Agreement.

Acknowledgement: Bet With Joel Pty Ltd and it’s Users acknowledge that the End User License Agreement is concluded between Bet With Joel Pty Ltd and the End-User only, not Apple, and Bet With Joel Pty Ltd is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.
- 2.
Scope of License: The license granted to the End-User for the Bet With Joel Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded Products that the End-User owns or controls and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service, except that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and Support: Bet With Joel will provide all maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as specified in this agreement, or as required under applicable law. Bet With Joel and the End-User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
- 4.
Warranty: Bet With Joel is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Bet With Joel to conform to any applicable warranty, the End-User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to that End-User; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
- 5.
Product Claims: Bet With Joel Pty Ltd and the End-User acknowledge that Bet With Joel, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or the end- user’s possession and/or use of that Application. Bet With Joel is responsible for delivering the service and resulting all claims in regards to the service.

Intellectual Property Rights: Bet With Joel Pty and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or the End-User’s possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Bet With Joel Pty Ltd and/or the end-user, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
- 7.
Legal Compliance: The End-User must represent and warrant that (i) he/she is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) he/she is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- 8.
Third Party Terms of Agreement: The End-User must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Bet With Joel Application, this is the end users sole responsibility.
- 9.
Third Party Beneficiary: Bet With Joel Pty Ltd and the End-User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of the EULA, and that, upon the End-User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against the End-User as a third party beneficiary thereof.
